In Plesk for Linux, the Domain.com utility can be used to change the location for all virtual hosts:
/usr/local/psa/bin/domain.com –help
In the following example, the location is changed to the /home directory: /usr/local/psa/bin/domain.com–dest-dir /home –correct-scripts
