Plesk dont support big files for restoration. It support files size of 2 GB only.

To restore full backup you need use command line to restore big backups.

To restore login to server using RDP.

for Windows-based OSes: plesk bin pleskrestore.exe --restore " *_info_*.xml" -level server

Replace *_info_*.xml with your exact file name.
